The Partnership

How Glow Up Pilates Turned Instagram Into a Booking Channel

Glow Up Pilates has a studio people love the moment they walk in. They partnered with Social Habit to make Instagram feel the same way, and to make that feeling book classes.

The Challenge

Where It Started

Boutique fitness is crowded, and a studio's schedule lives or dies on a steady flow of first-time visitors. Glow Up Pilates had a great in-studio experience and strong word of mouth, but Instagram wasn't pulling its weight: the feed didn't look like the studio felt, and the attention it did earn wasn't turning into intro-class bookings.

The Insight
People don't book a first Pilates class because of a promo graphic. They book because they can picture themselves in the room.
The Strategy

That insight shaped the whole engagement: real classes and real members over stock imagery, a posting rhythm that keeps the studio in the neighborhood's daily scroll, community management that treats every DM as a warm lead, and paid campaigns that put the intro offer in front of the people most likely to walk in.

Content Creation

Content That Sells the Studio Experience

Regular on-site content days film real classes, instructors, and members, so the feed sells the actual experience instead of stock fitness imagery. Every shoot is planned around what makes people want to walk in: the energy of a full class, the results members talk about, and the community that keeps them coming back.

On-Site
Content captured in the studio, never from a stock library
Weekly
Fresh content in rotation across feed, reels, and stories
Reshared
Members extend reach by sharing studio content
Social Media Management

A Presence That Turns Followers Into First-Timers

A consistent posting rhythm keeps the studio in front of local audiences every week, and community management answers questions while interest is still warm. New-student inquiries arrive through DMs, story replies, and comments, and each one gets nudged toward the schedule.

Paid Media

Paid Campaigns Built to Book First Classes

Paid campaigns put the intro offer in front of nearby audiences most likely to book a first class, with budget flowing toward the creative that performs. Intro-class bookings trace directly back to Instagram content and paid campaigns.

The Outcome

From Followers to First-Timers

The account now does a job: it fills intro classes. New-student inquiries arrive through DMs, story replies, and comments every week. Bookings trace back to the specific content and campaigns that drove them, so the studio knows what's working. And members reshare studio content to their own audiences, compounding local reach month over month.
